About Elis

My soul was nourished by spirituality even as a child. My grandfather, a priest, would teach me prayers while we were in the countryside, guarding sheep in the pasture. For me, these moments were about soulful nourishment and a connection to something larger than myself, rather than religious dogma. Even then, I found myself drawn to spiritual music that filled my heart.

In my early twenties, I felt a deep pull to dive further into my spiritual journey. I began studying Buddhism, Taoism, Yoga, Sufism, energy healing, Traditional Chinese Medicine, and Ayurveda. This exploration supported my own healing and sparked a significant expansion in my consciousness. In 2015, my journey led me to the mighty Himalayas in Nepal for six months—an experience that proved to be deeply transformational, inspiring, and heart-opening.

Immersing myself in the land of Buddhist and Yogic sages, surrounded by the grandeur of the mountains, was incredibly enriching. That year, I also received a profound life lesson through the powerful earthquake in Nepal—a wake-up call that taught me deeply about the essential things in life.

Since then, I have continued to explore healing modalities, knowing that my calling is to practice and share heart-opening and consciousness-expanding wisdom with our global family. The spiritual mysticism of the East has long called to me, like a fairytale land. Now, through Heart Imagery and Zen Shiatsu, I have the blessing of diving into this magical world of exploration, turning that lifelong attraction into a reality. What a joy it is to experience the beauty of life and love together, enhanced by these ancient teachings!
